For many of us, getting and staying fit can be a big challenge. So think about some people who  have managed to do exercise in their life.

Craig Ramsay has shaped up A-listers from Hollywood to Broadway. We collected 10 great tips for you from his ultimate tips to get fit, whether you may be new to work out or a dedicated gym junkie.

10 Fitness Tips To Stay Fit:

1.) Let the good times roll:

You need to workout with fun, because it helps you to exercise harder and longer - and it puts the kibosh on dreading workouts. Attend some dancing class like Zumba or pole-dancing. Play games with your kids because they are much active and they make you to work harder while you play with them.

2.) Go social:

Believe it or Not, you can boost your motivation which can keep you on track. "Announcing your fitness goals on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram will make you benefits from other people,"Ramsay says. They'll rally behind you, offer tips, and steer you away from missing a workout.

3.) Make the world your gym:

Utilize free time by doing stretches in the grocery line or you can do ballet moves while pumping gas. Instead of lift, take the stairs. Squeeze your lower abs and then release when you stuck in traffic. "You'll be amazed at how much you can develop your core strength while driving," Ramsay says.

4.) Pump yourself up:

Always Think Positive, that can boost your motivation. Stand in front of a mirror and observe how strong your muscles are. Think about the goals you've done and applaud yourself for getting fit.

5.) Break up your workouts:

Break your long workout into small chunks. "Five minutes here, 5 minutes there -- it all adds up," Ramsay says. Change your day Schedule by doing stretches for 10 minutes before your morning shower, do 20-minutes walk at lunch, and Lift weights while you wait for you pasta water to boil.

6.)  Stretch:

Stretching makes you more flexible, relieves muscle tension, and can also improve posture. It also helps you tune in to your body, Ramsay says. Busy Schedule? Not a prob. Stretch while  watching TV or lying in bed.

7.) Say No To Sports Drinks:

Don't drink sports drinks unless you're a pro athlete, they're not necessary," Ramsay says. Sports drinks are loaded up to extra calories and they are not suitable for your body. Instead of lemon, try water.

8.) Pair cardio with weight resistance for fast results:

"For my celebrity clients who need quick results, I combine cardio and resistance training," Ramsay says. Add 30-sec sets of bicep curls and overhead tricep extensions, while pedaling on an exercise bike.Add bursts of shoulder presses to your walk on the treadmill.

9.) Embrace the next level:

Don't try to do super-challenging workouts, because they're tough for a reason: They work. When Ramsay asked actor Cheyenne Jackson which exercise he preferred most, he said burpees. "So I put him on a 30-minute burpee routine, five times a week," Ramsay says. "In 6 weeks, he was a different man."

10.) Challenge yourself:

Raise it up. Work out 5 minutes longer. Raise the incline level on your treadmill. Prefer few extra repetitions. It makes a difference. "We should always be pushing ourselves," Ramsay says. Slow down, if you feel too intense or you don't have enough breath to hold a conversation.
